Giant App in I phone

Has anyone else had problems with the giant app on I phone? Everyone I try to open it, it just shuts downs?

I did until the dealer changed the Bluetooth controller

Had same problem its the control on the handle bars my lbs changed that now works fine

The shop supplied it new it was a fault . i got it from Peddlars in Redcar with is where i got the bike from.
