Nice,
Weight with pédals ?

While upgrading, did you remove the motor and battery? I want to replace the brakes but guess I have to remove motor and battery. The hose is very tight and won't move along the battery.

I had to remove the motor and also disassemble the rear triangle, there is such a small gap in the main triangle that I was not able to guide hose through it when rear triangle was joined. But that was maybe just me 😁
No need to remove battery. But headset and motor definitely have to be removed

(Ignore the stickers on the table 😂😂, used a table my niece decorated)

Also maybe to note, at the time when I was replacing the brake hose, I did not have in the down tube dropper and shifting cables as I am running AXS dropper and shifting, so maybe because of that there was more room.
Also the brake hose is at the bottom of the frame attached to the frame with a zip tie.

No need, you pull out the whole motor, you can even leave the cranks there. There is no need to even disconnect the motor. You just put it aside and be careful not to drop it.

I did my upgrades and modifications now as well but wondering....what torque is needed for the motor bolts? Can't find them anywhere, my guess would be about 15 or 20Nm but maybe you know?

Unfortunately no idea, I just tightened those by hand just to be right 🙂.
So far had no issues.

That is sweet. I also have a scott lumen 910 that Im in the process of upgrading. Do those XX cranks fit straight onto the TQ motor?

Yeah, those are ISIS version

And to remove old cranks tool like this

For the XX cranks it is enough to have 8mm allen key
Brilliant. Thanks very much. You running 150mm forks as well. What model are they?

I need to replace the FSA 34T chainring and want to upgrade to Shimano, the Deore XT M8100 SM-CRM85. Is that easy to do, will it fit?

Above the chainguide is an indicator with 32, 34 and 36 on it. Somehow it moved to 32. How do I get it back to 34?

1. regarding the chainguide -> just loose a little bit the screw on the chainguide you see in the front, set to 34 and tighten it back

2. regarding the Chainring replacement. This will not be possible due to compatibility of TQ motor. TQ motor has a TQ specific chainring mount layout for the spider to be attached to the motor.

What you could do, either go for a full chainring (for example Wolftooth has 32T one, or Garbaruk and Ethirteen have also 34T) -> for that you need to get the cranks down (see some posts above what tool you need for that) and then extra tool to remove chainring itself.
example garbaruk

Maybe I would suggest to go for this option instead:
or any 104 BCD 12s shimano chainring should also do ok.

Fork is originally Fox 34 Factory 140mm, but I got it lowered to 130mm as was on original , and got remote to it, as the 140mm 34 comes with out remote.

Replacing Cranks on Lumen 910, for carbon, do you guys know if these are a good fit?
FSA E-Bike SL-K Carbon Crank Arms to Fit Fazua/ Nidec ISIS Drive 175mm CK-8685
1) are these a good fit?
2) are these good / durable cranks for XC?

Thanks

Any ISIS type should do. I am running Sram XX Isis cranks

Thanks, that is right, because ISIS is a standard, so it should mount just OK.
1) I am wondering if the fit is good and why I do not see TQ mentioned as compatibility with any of FSA cranks even on their WEB site, except perhaps one Alu version... so this is the fit question... also wonder is this changes the clearance substantially compared to original Alum FSA cranks...
2) these are hollow cranks; at around 325g, so very light; the "LIght" version being even lighter at 275g ...so I wonder if anyone has experience with their durability.

I can talk only about sram xx isis as I have those installed on my Lumen. No issues what so ever, fit is perfect. (Running 165 mm ones).

Thanks, I just ordered those as well. I was surprised how low the BB on Lumen is, listed at 338.5mm, but compared to my other bikes where I experienced a lot of pedal strikes, this one is even lower. Granted this is more of XC e-bike so hope this will not squish that much and pedal strikes will not be an issue, but only time will show. I have ordered 165mm as well. Less than that and I am starting to notice lack of torque when pedaling and standing up on the bike, for example...
