I've lost 45 kgs and reversed my type 2 diabetes by riding an emtb, so the only "cheating" im doing is cheating death.. "go fuck yourself" is usually my reply.

Same here lost 2 stone not so much a difference on ebike but hill walking is amazing now. Great stuff
