OK guys, I really need some help from you guru guys.

Biggest issue, I can't get for the life of me, to make the gear change smooth from the 12-11-10 range,up nor down.

The rest of the gears are smooth AF

I have the axs and both limits are all free because in the 1rst gear I can't make it go outward anymore and in the 12th I can't make it go more inwards.

I got my B tension set with sag, MICRO adjustments doesn't seems to have big impact and it's making me crazy.

The second issue is..well, i changes my disk pads (magura mt7 brakes) from the 8s to the 8p and after bedding and bike shower it started to make some crazy woodpecker like sound. I might try to bleed it and realign it again.

Also thinking about to change rotors because of this.

Any thoughts for these 2 issues?

I run 8.P pads on 220 mm MDR-P rotors front and rear with no woodpecker or other noises. I've found that my Maguras require more stops to bed in than the original SRAMs. Also, mine need one high effort stop after being used lightly for awhile. If I don't do that, they will moan a bit on light application. One hard stop from 25-ish mph takes care of the moaning.

If it was my bike, I'd put a piece of fine emery paper on a piece of glass and carefully scuff each of the pads until the surface has a uniform matte appearance. You just want to remove any glaze, not good pad material. Spritz the emery paper with alcohol and be careful to keep the pad parallel with the glass. I use two fingertips on the pad backing plate and only just enough force to keep my fingers from sliding off the pad.

Clean the rotors with brake cleaner and redo the bedding process per Magura's video. Also check the pistons to see if there is foreign material preventing the pads from sitting tightly against the pistons.

I haven't coughed up the money for AXS (yet) so I can't offer any suggestions for that problem.

And if it isn't that, it will be a misaligned hanger. I use one of these to sort mine out - good luck

The old b tension gap doesn't work for the 52 t cog? I have that one...

Don't know of it worth buying such a specialized tool for a one time job. A new hanger might be cheaper.

if only it was a one time job....

Your AXS problem sounds like mine - before the correct b-tension was set.
Did you use the b-tension tool that came with AXS and follow the instructions?

In sag position, chain on the largest gear (this changed) and using the supplied tool.

I also have the 52 t cog, and my shifting has been flawless ever since using alignment tool. But he should eliminate all possibilities by check hanger alignment.
