Brilliant I bet you’re buzzing!?Let us know you’re thoughts on it,I’m kind of on the fence if to wait for the e180rs or a e150rs,I mostly do trail and the odd BPW/stile cop so weighing up which discipline to compromise,currently running an analogue with 180mm front and 165mm rear which feels hard work around trails but great for DH

Unless you are planning to send Enter the Dragon to the moon 150mm is plenty fun enough for BPW.

Agree just feel safer with more travel for my lack of skill?does anyone know what travel scale is on the E-150 rs Lyriks? Is it 150-160? Reason I have a new 160mm debonair Lyrik airshaft surplus ?

Yes you can put the fork up to 160mm, it has the 160mm indicators on the stanchions too

And IMO the travel on it is more than enough unless you riding is very DH focused.

Thanks for that?Gives me another option to think about,another option is I have my analog mega up for sale and the only interest I’ve had is for the frame and forks,it has code rsc brakes,dt Swiss xm1501 rims(I know they are tough but not sure on the ratchet for emtb)reverb dropper eagle xo1 12 speed and all in mint condition,I could get the 150s and swap out?

Remember the Whyte has a custom offset on the forks, can't remember what it is, but may effect handling if you put a fork with significantly different offset on it - its one of there big things throughout their whole lineup.

Thanks yes I noticed that,my lyriks are 46mm offset and 180mm on the mega

now just have to wait till the weekend... and replace those pedals, and take off the reflectors.

That Wheelset will be great on an ebike. Probably better with an 18 or 36 tooth ratchet rather than a 54t (normally aftermarket upgrade).

Its OK for me as my Mega 275 has a BB height about the same, but has longer cranks, saying that I had one pedal strike, on a very fast rocky part of the route.

If you do the Maths (36V x 16.7Ah) you get 601.2Wh. It looks to me that they are using the same cells as the 500Wh battery (actually 482.4Wh) but adding an extra 10 cells to go from a 10S4P layout to a 10S5P layout.

Also the "Energy Content Approx" set off alarm bells.

If you look at the stats for your 504Wh Shimano battery you'll see it's bang on the money at 36V and 14Ah.

just an update to this, from the Bosch manual that comes with the bike the capacity is stated as 17.4Ah. so you actually get 626.4 Wh.

I Defo got the standard charger with the bike. takes about 4 hours to charge

From what I saw the battery is a bit of a PITA to remove, I wonder if it can run a Bosch extender, which a lot of the 2020 bikes with the Gen 4 motor seem to be offering
