Price paid: £140

Review: just to start I'm not too sure how things are reviewed on here, I'll be doing quite a bit in the next few days seeing as I'm new to this and bought a few bits to start off.
So just to start pretty new to mtb, only 6 months, and worn a basic 'trail helmet up until nearly coming off and hitting my lid on a tree.
So the helmet was bought online @crc, delivered within 2 days and was so nervous as to fit.
It has a ratchet retention system that adjusts head sizes, comes fitted with a smaller cheeked but has the larger ones supplied (which I don't use).
Fit is perfect for me, comfortable and very light to the point I got used to it and I wouldn't be without it on any ride now.
The ventilation is perfect, being a new rider I was blowing out of my rear end, and didn't find i wanted to lift the lid to get more air.
I do sweat, but I find until I take the lid off, it does a very good job of wicking and stockkng it running into my eyes.
The peak is adjustable, but doesn't allow the goggles to be held up high ( but can be spun round the back).
I chose the standard black, although colours are available as well as a m/l.
