Yamaha PW-ST advice desperately needed!

Hi,
I recently bought a bike with the Yamaha PW-ST system, and a 500 Wh Yamaha battery to go with it.
I moved the speedsensor, and placed a magnet on the crankarm - Which has been all good until now. I have ridden about 200 km with the setup, and then just this morning, the motor decided it had had enough.
The bike does still turn on, and the display works just fine - Everything except the function part of the Yamaha A-LCD display works like normal.
The function part is blinking, no matter which setting it is in. The walk function and light still works like normal. It was a very wet morning, but i doubt it is a water issue?
What to do?

Update:
I have found Yamaha diagnostics software, and managed to read the error code (check attacthed photo)
The issue i am facing now, is that i can't clear it. It starts working on the clearing the code but then fails.
Is it something only Yamaha has access to doing, or what am i missing? Thanks!

Hi. How did you get on with this error ? I hope you got it fixed okay.

Also, how did you generate the error screen image ?
Do you connect the bike to a laptop ? IS there an app required ?
