I can see how annoying that would be. But with the huge volume of parcels that Wiggle do (or any online company for that matter), they are certain to have one go missing from time to time. As @Jackware said, was it Wiggle or the parcel company that lost it?

If Wiggle had not given you the run around would you be more forgiving?

NO, you can not treat customers this way I would still waiting in hope of arriving had I not made the long enquiry they were lying to me!

But did Wiggle lose the part or was it the courier?? If it was the courier then how would Wiggle know that until you told them... ?

Been ordering from Wiggle & CRC for donkey’s years never had an issue! Arrives in 2-3 days from ordering & never pay for express delivery.

I’ve had a couple of issues with them, I paid for next day delivery and it took three days to arrive and another parcel did not arrive at all. They were quick to send me another item out in place of the lost one.
It’s because they use Hermes which aren’t the most reliable couriers in the world. If there was an option to pay more for Royal Mail then I would.
It’s a bit annoying but not the end of the world, it hasn’t stopped me from using them.

As above, been using them for years with no issues. Paid for express a few times which didn’t turn up when it should but they’ve always refunded the postage without fail.

If the item had been dispatched it’s not wiggles fault, they will replace it if the courier has lost it but you haven’t said if it is.

I did two orders last week, both turned up within 3 days of order.

Parcels are a weird business. The margins per unit are tiny, literally in the single pennies & the fixed costs are huge. Depots everywhere, full distribution networks, 1000's of staff & a huge central hub capable of processing thousands per hour. It's the definition of a numbers game, you have to do hundreds of thousands per day to make it work. They're going to lose a few, it's inevitable.

There express is £9.99 at he moment for a year
Bargain .

They do and You get next day delivery. It’s usually Hermes and they have a terrible reputation but I’ve received (too) many parcels this year and never later than a day late.

I guess they have a bad day every once in a while.

you need to read what I said .. I know how parcel service works it had not been dispatched its obvious its rare that parcels go missing, its the attitude that annoys, and to say I am venting my frustration isn't very fair is it ,I am just warning this forum of the pitfalls of using wiggle .me thinks some of you may have connections to them ?

How do you know they never sent it? Is that what they told you in the end?

Any complete ordering process ends up with the courier having proof of delivery...usually these days a photo. Assuming there is no such proof the courier is the first port of call. My experience of dealing with CRC/Wiggle and most other online sites is that I get informed when the order is confirmed, then when it is despatched, then a tracking number to see where it is in terms of the courrier, then the delivery day/time. The absence of any of those emails if proof enough that the order was never processed, or if it was, where in the process things went wrong.
So things are fairly easy to check.
That said if the OPs approach to enquire with Wiggle was as hot blooded and perfunctory as the posts here it is likely he was not given the time of day!! You are after all dealing with another individual human being at that stage not an organisation or a process.

Wiggle lost a couple of items in my orders over the years or sent the wrong item out. Was annoying at the time but they always offered me compensation in the form of money off future purchases.

Not sure what outcome you're hoping for posting here when the obvious course is to pursue the matter with Wiggle but if calling people who respond here muppets is any guiide to your normal conversational approach then maybe it's no surprise they're not that interested in helping you.

I've ordered loads from wiggle over the past year and I'm lucky that my local Hermes guy is decent and tends to turn up between 17:45 - 18:15 as part of his round so it even turns up at a convenient time the next day
