That is absolutely stunning, I was feeling anxious about what the RS finish would be, but that's phenominal! Can't wait to see mine now!
Yeah I was a bit the same as all the images of the RS were ai shite, but it looks spot on in person. If you zoom in it has almost like a metallic/speckled finish to it. Can't explain, but it looks nice tbf.

Spoke to my shop today, my medium karve evo RSX isn’t due till the first week in September. Quite disappointing tbh, but I’m out with cracked ribs just now anyway.

Who has dates to collect their bikes & where from?

I’ve ordered mine from sprockets in Kilmarnock. I was told August when I ordered the bike, haven’t received an update yet. I’ll probably give them a call tomorrow .
Mine Rsx was Ordered way back in early may was told probably end of September, coming from mountain mania Carterton Oxfordshire

Collected mine this afternoon. They didn't have the hoses and fittings in to do my Hope brakes , so I told them not to bother and I'll do it later myself.

Done initial setup and a light ride, great fun bike. Brakes (Maven bases) are still bedding in, but already not a fan coming from my Hope GR4's, grips are too thin (easy fix) and want to adjust the cockpit a little more. Took it on the hilliest route I could within a few miles of me as only had 29% charge and had no idea what that meant in real world terms.

My shock pump only goes to 300psi, the rear shock will take 400, I put in 300 after trying 250, I think I still want a few more, but good enough for my 17st ass. Forks I was worried after sticking in the recommended 160+ (I did 165) and felt solid, but I needed to wind off the rebound and they feel good at 165 with 6 clicks of rebound. I'm coming from Foxes on my last 4 bikes, haven't had a rockshox since mid 2000's, but these feel very nice already and barely started tuning them.

She's definitely no lightweight, but had no problem getting up the hills in trail (and above). Done the rest all in turbo to see how much I could drain it, and finished a little 6 mile loop returning at 15% (from 29%). Haven't worked out how to get the ride data from the head unit yet 😂

Lots to sort over the weekend on it, including ridewrap when that arrives.

Weight-wise, for my Large EVO RS completely stock with the crappy plastic pedals, it's hovering on 25.0kg on the dot using my baggage scales for an indication.
