I've only had two 12-speed bikes and they were both Sram Eagle. So I bought Sram 12 -speed power links, and boy were they expensive!! But that was a few years ago and Shimano do 12-speed now. It would not surprise me in the slightest if the quick links were incompatible and cross-use would make your transmission explode, your wheels fall off, and you lose all your hair.

Unlike what is implied on the packaging "use only once" or "single use only", I will remove and re-install the link many times. Every time I remove the chain, for whatever reason. When the chain needs replacing is when the link goes into retirement. I will put the old link in a tiny plastic bag and store it in my pack. Then it can be used as an emergency link for my use or for the use of others that need a 12-speed link by the trail side. (OK, it's used, but is better than a long push back to the car).

TL: DR

Whichever brand your drive train is unless you've changed the chain in which case match to the chain brand.
