This means that because you can never know how many 7000 and 8000 motors are out in the wild, you don’t know the ‘denominator’ in the sum that would tell you the % that fail. x= the number of examples of a problem that get reported here. y=the number of units sold. x times y divided by 100 = the % failure rate (using responses here).

This is the issue with the Brose motor. And I have no connection with the industry. In fact....
I’m one of the Levo owners who had 3 motors, 3 looms, 3 TCU’s, 2 battery connectors and so on. I’m emotionally motivated to get on the wagon you’re promoting for the 7000 and 8000. But my head is telling me to post this snotty post, sorry....
