I had a similar incident. Saw a group of female hikers(8-10) on a narrow trail. I kept my distance and slowed until I could safely pass. (Less than a minute wait).I bought a bell and it doesn't fit. Very annoying yesterday when I met the odd grumpy walker and they whinged about me not having one. I bought a Knog and it goes from 25mm to 31.8mm. My bars go from 22 to to 35 in the middle. It was cheap but they only had that size. I now know I need the small one.![]()
they look like good - nice CnC work, decent design plus they use mineral oilI'm curious about these but as they were bought secondhand they could be a bit of a lemon
front were complete & bled - fetl good off a bike, rear was cut (as normal) so will be connected and bled then tried with external hose routing to save the hastle involved with removing / threading
not the cheapest experiment but 'for science'![]()
Lots of not so nice people out there. I couldn't be any nicer even on narrow roads I stop and let cars past I'm never in a hurry. But if you ruffle my feathers stand you by.I had a similar incident. Suddenly the last female hiker saw me and DRAMATICALLY reacted. She suggested that I give her warning and use a bell. Since I could barely hear her …because of the safe distance between us…I just nodded and smiled.
Some rides are interesting …never a dull moment.![]()
