Have slowly accumulated full set of parts (when saw online deals) in readiness for driveline replacement on both Mrs and my 2022 alloy Trek Rails due before winter.

Shimano cassettes+Shimano chains+Hope chainrings+Bosch lockrings+BBB Rollerboys

Plus for Mrs bike new derailleur because the old one is a bit bent and 'notchy', but does work for now.

(Cassettes are on 3rd chains).

New brakes sram Mavens

used to the front power 😂🤦‍♂️

been looking at those mini electric pumps for a while
came across the Airbank SE on aliexpress for £19 delivered ordered Thursday came today 5 days haha
though I’d take a chance on it
works brillant tbh tested it on 29er front blew it up 3 times before running out of battery to about 20 psi each time
Takes 20 mins to fully recharge it so quality bit of kit. Plus it was sent from Cycplus so maybe made by them?
do you still use it? can it get past 20 psi ? (26psi?) I might be tempted to get one - Thanks :D

This is still hard to beat and won't fail:

It is on it's third bike, still working great.

that does look like a very clever bit of kit! But I doubt it will fit in my pack! Thule Vital 3L | Thule | United Kingdom

Bought another mini pump from AliExpress £18
Turned up today pretty decent again need to rest it fully
This one has a display and is accurate to my digital tyre gauge
Pumped 29er tyre to 22 psi I. About 1 minute I didn’t time it but has auto cut off as well when setting pressure

It is pretty small, it mounts in the water bottle cage bolts. Not as small as a Co2 inflater, but never fails.
I couldn't see any dim's on their website - if you get a chance can you measure the diameter and height? cheeky I know...

Bought a Shredda rear for the rear of my rise
so I've got 3 tyres to move around this weekend

(on ebay) bought a newish 🙃 (as in as-new) Oneup v2 dropper post in 210mm length & cable / lever kit for a very good price😎

I'll probably adjust the length to fit my Norco with the post dropped fully into the frame - replacing the origonal-fit Oneup 180mm post

new cheap Shimano dropper lever to replace the one I snapped Saturday and a new pump - couldn't fit the Stomp pump in me pack so I got a Specialized Air Tool Big Bore pump - according to Guy Kesteven it's the only mini pump that will actually seat tubeless mtb tyres

Ordered (and awaiting delivery of) Shimano XT Di2 derailleur and shifter (8150 - last version, not latest).
It's designed specifically for the Shimano EP801 and EP6 motors, so will provide me with 12sp electronic shifting, powered from the battery and coast-shifting (Free Shift in Shimano-speak), which I am looking forward to.
Also ordered a 170mm air shaft for my Z1 fork, but they're now out of stock, so will probably just get a lowers service.

just read loam wolf explaining what this is - be interesting to know how setting it all up goes... does the ep801 motor need wiring to it?
slightly worried you've planted a seed!

Yeah this is the specifically wired-in version (M8150) which is electronic, but not wireless, as such.

Had an expensive week this week, new strimmer and chainsaw, new snowboard and then last night this happened at the furthest point of the ride, so new cassette and chain incomming. To be fair this was a very cheap cassette that i had spare and its lasted all summer. it started skipping a few rides back and couldnt see the issue. Now i know ;)

Bought a Fox Speedframe Pro Defy helmet (which are on sale) to replace the TLD A3 lid. The TLD is very comfortable but after twice breaking the visor (hinges) and repairing it the shitty design finally pissed me off so will repair it yet again and keep it for a spare.

I HATE stuff that breaks! 🤬
