New Selle Italia seat and Death Grips . Also fitted a piece of neoprene to try and keep some mud out of that area.

I just started using the Mudrocker from SKS, but so far it does a really nice job of keeping mud off my back. Not crazy on how it looks but was getting tired of being covered in mud after rides.

I have just mounted the Mudrocker too - Works perfectly on my first 40km ride in mud and snow
Under 1% mud on my back compare to my rides without - and keeps mud and water away form motor and dropper
Perfect for those long rides in the wintertime
Don't care about the look of the bike this time of year

yeah at this time of the year I feel the same, don’t really care how it looks. I’ll only use it during the really wet muddy months anyways.

I have a Mullet bike and for the first time I have to carry two spare tubes with me. Bloody great things they are and they take up a lot of room in my backpack. There was a thread on here a few weeks ago about where to put your spare tubes and someone suggested Tubolito tubes.
Here they are:

If you are interested, I have more pictures and weights of these tubes plus a comparison with the conventional tubes I was packing, here:

See post #22

You'd easily be able to use a 27.5 tube on a 29 wheel for the purposes of getting home. Take two bottles into the shower? Not me!
Ha! :) And there was me thinking I was taking a risk with a 2.5" wide tube in a 2.6" wide tyre!
I have not used tubes for over ten years and in all that time I have only ever fitted three tubes (two tyre failures and one sealant failure), so I have little experience to work with.

yeah 27.5 tubes work fine on a 29 inch wheel

I got a Bosch Nyon retrofit kit. LBS are fitting it later this week as it's beyond my noob competence level

Shimano shoes. On a first ride on the first rainy day after a month of dusty and hot spring.

2020 Kenevo comp upgraded to Gx mech and trigger ( I unscrewed the wrong side of the Nx trigger and all hell broke loose ) , chain and chainring

An Exposure Toro mk12 :D

I am just waiting for it to arrive, should be with me by this Wednesday.
As im mostly the urban cyclist I've just increased my light output power by a factor of 10. Im going to be lit up like St Catherine's lighthouse :D

Finally, a decent light. But bloody pricey though

You won't regret it, I have the 6 pack, and it's so good. like when we first put a dropper posts on our bikes and you think back to how did we ever ride before them?

I found an offer on brake pads that after a few beers I couldn't ignore. I may have to increase my riding a little to make full use of the bargain though.

Should only take me 10yrs or so to get through them.
