Still waiting for caliper adapters to arrive though. :(

Edit
And swapped my RRP bolt on for the mini version.

Topeak ride case and stem mount, set of Draper picks, some RockShox oil and a baby boa strap wrench to fit my gnar dog spacer and standard spacers when they arrive

I'm moving spacers and feeling how low I can slam this stem.
When I (re)started biking 2+ years ago I needed all this height to ease my back but after thousands of kilometers I don't think it's necessary anymore. I'll cut the steerer when I'm happy with the results, until then I'm playing with spacers.

I went down 5mm and I can't feel a difference so far.

Oh yes, it's not rigid or racing :)
I lowered everything (-2cm) !
For the saddle (Tioga copy which costs € 200) it is to restore it (My small ass)
After I put back my Bontrager Montrose Elite.
Crank tips? I no longer know, but easy to find

This week's purchase was a Grip 2 damper upgrade for the Fox 36 on my Pivot Shuttle. I really, REALLY like the improvement. I ended up taking the Trust Shout off - it just rode too differently for me because I split time between my eMTB and my Santa Cruz Hightower. But I swapped both bikes' damper for Grip 2 to mate up better with the X2's I have on the rear. Fantastic combo. Very happy with the results - including some PR's on very technical local downhill segments.

I'd be very interested to hear what you think of those as I've looked at them in the past :)
First impressions are good. I had them quite loud (full on the headphones and 60% on the phone) and they were audible up to about 30mph and I could still hear the traffic. Above 30mph the wind noise tended to drown them out. That volume whilst walking was far too high.
I had a niggling feeling that they weren't working properly at first; the sound seemed to be off-set to the right in my head. Turns out that on the right, the arm of my glasses was over the headphones, pressing them into place and on the left it was underneath, very slightly holding the headphones away from my head (but still touching). Adjusted my glasses and all was well.

The noise cancelling is for the mics and to expect it to work in 30mph+ winds is pretty unreasonable.

Ouch! I was trying to make a joke - what with them not covering the ear... I really didn't expect them to have noise cancelling

I owe you a beer! ?

I was surprised when you mentioned it and I had to read the box to see if they even had any noise cancelling... :ROFLMAO:

What exactly did you like of the improvements from the original 36 fork? Sorry what does PR’s mean? Love the shuttle handling.

Personal Records.

Well, that's what it generally means, but it could depend on where you ride and who you ride with .. Pornographic Revelations ?

Got some new pedals as I mashed up my HT-AN01's recently. Decided to try out the Unite Instincts. Unite are a small British company based out of Wales doing some pretty cool CND'd components amongst other things.

Unite Co Instinct Pedal - Unite Co - Made in the Uk - Pedals

One pretty unique thing they offer is custom engraving with any logo/words/names etc you want on their components. The pedals I got hold of are a collab with Double Drop clothing, who I get quite a bit of kit off and are another great little British company, but where their logo is you could have anything you want put on the pedals for a couple of quid more than that standard pedals.

I took a punt on them as they have a big platform, but not too big, a bit of concave, and some decent shaped and length pins that you can remove from the back, along with no places to clog up with mud.

Took a pic of them next to some of the usual suspects to give an idea of dimensions
