Yes I wore oilskins and thigh high wellies at sea for years always damp inside.

Hi, I found that I purchased it in 2023 at 90€ and other zippers on it are not running smoothly as well. So I think to send in for repair will be to expensive and making no sense.

Thanks for the update, and yeah probably not worth it for you, I was secretly hoping you'd have tested the water for me me with endura

As said earlier, wearing a truly waterproof jacket means that no outside water gets through the jacket but that you drown in your own sweat inside it. Having learnt this the hard wet way long ago now carry an ultra light packable waterproof jacket in my back pack which goes on when it rains and comes off immediately it stops. Neither pretty nor cool, but it works.
