that's weird. I'm 5'10 and I used the Specialized fit guide and it put me on an L.

The app had measurements for kneecap, height, and ankle.

May I ask which App is that ? >My LBS put me on a Medium ( 5 10 ½ ) but Ive never been sure so a little more precision would help . Thanks

This may be the one Bike Sizing App | Specialized.com
It's not the same as the Specialized one I used in early 2020 which suggested I was an M when the Large was actually more appropriate for me.
