Levo Gen 2 Turbo Levo jumping from eco to turbo by itself

I've had my TL for about a year and haven't had any problems (since the motor was replaced ) and yesterday it goes into turbo mode by itself from eco. It also won't turn off. Has anyone had any similar problems ?
