Trance E+ Brake pad material

I'm wanting to get some spare brake pads for my Trance E+ with Code R calipers. Does anyone know what material the stock pads are? I assume they are sintered but would like to confirm before purchase. Cheers.

G'day Henry#40, i would imagine they would use sintered, mine have a slight howl about them when rolling and i couldn't imagine them using pads that would wear to quickly from factory for the average rider. I have no basis for this other than it makes sense to me, could be totally wrong and probably am.

FWIW, my 2018 SX 1 came with Shimano resin pads.
Work fine and best of all are quiet.

Hahaha, how's that, just after posting the above my dealer rang me to ask how the bike was going and double check all the info we have regarding it turning itself off so he can talk to Giant Australia with the issues. I asked about the pads and he confirmed Sintered pads.
