Dear readers,
I hope someone can help me please, my bike wont turn on.
My bike died during a regular ride, no water not mud. The battery is fine, it charges but only when taken off the bike. When I put the battery back on, no response from the controller at all. My Local Giant retailer here Colorado USA has changed the controller and nothing. They have had the bike for 2 weeks but they cant identify the issue. Does anyone have any idea of what it could be the problem? I am afraid that being a 2019 model I am out of warranty.
Looking forward to hearing your ideas so I can pass them along to the LBS.
