I’ve done away with the ungodly 2 piece stem spacers on the wife’s M20, bumped the cables outside earlier and then using traditional spacers on the steerer tube, I snipped a small piece of one spacer and filed a second to match the notch in the stem. My question now - is the plate that goes on first (at the bottom of the stack and just on top of the header) supposed to turn? I guess it’s a top cover but the shape is odd.
