Tannus inserts ???

Hello

Anybody ordered some tannus inserts lately. Ordered some 10 days ago, but not heard anything since, no answer to phone or email, no sign of them. ???????

Fox Europe have gone the same way. There's a lot of unhappy customers that haven't received their goods or refund.
They've stopped answering calls & emails.

I ordered two on their UK site via Paypal and heard nothing back, no confirmation, etc. After two weeks I opened a case with Paypal. Tannus (UK) then contacted me to apologize for the lack of communication and apparently his wife has just had a baby. I received a full refund from Paypal and Tannus sent me a complimentary set of inserts. I assume they were complimentary because there was no message.

Sounds familiar, no response to phone message or emails, will give it a couple more days then start a dispute..
