Swinley Forest

Just wanted to know how many of you on here go to swinley forest and what’s the best days to go.

Also is there any other good bike parks that’s close to London?

I ride Swinley regularly both on my e-bike and non e-bike. You can go any day but on weekends I suggest late afternoon in the long summer hours as there are often events in the weekend mornings. There's a regular organised ride from the Swinley Bike Hub on Thursday evenings which is open to all and free to join.
I also hit Bedgbury Forest regularly as an alternative which, on an e-bike, you can easily loop two or three times. I prefer it to Swinley in many ways and the shop is way nicer. Then there's the Surrey Hills which is discussed fairly regularly on here. It's best done the first few times with someone who knows the area as it's not a bike park and the trails are all unofficial and widely scattered. Trail forks will be your friend. I've not done Epping Forest but friends highly recommend it.
