Stilus Bosch Powertube 500 to 600 exchange Advice.

Intending to swap the original Powertube 500 for a 600 as in the original spec.
If anybody has done the swop how easy was it? I seem to remember that either the top or bottom clips can be slid apart to allow the longer 600 to fit. Also if you sold the original 500 in the UK what Carrier did you use to post it. There are pretty strict safety controls on posting Li Pol batteries in the UK. Or is it just a question of chancing it?
