Can the Specialized range extender battery be used with the 2022 Turbo Levo Alloy? I'm guessing not with the design of the battery charger cover.

No. The Spesh RE is for the SL range of bikes and is a different voltage to the FF Levo. Trailwatts does REs for the Levo.
