Specialized turbo levo comp 2020 - Garmin edgen 830

I have two Specialized EMTBs, an SL and and a Levo, both 2020s. The SL sets up perfectly with the Garmin using Ebikefield. All three sensors load every time I ride. However when I try to use it with my Levo, it only loads Speed and Cadence and just spins when I try to get it to upload the Ebike sensor. Photos attached. I'm really frustrated. I can't load a video or you would see the bike cadence center bliinking as it tries to connect.... in the last photo you can see that the ebike sensor is NOT lit...it's blinking.

I have the same issue on my Specialized Creo SL. The Range Data Field on my Wahoo Elemnt Roam always displays 1km..... So if I understood correctly from this thread Specialized does not transmit Range data?
