Specialized Rider Care is not responsive

Yeah can't knock reserve warranty. Had 2 replacements so far within 2 days of logging the claim.
Original 30|30, then the V2 and now the 30|HD Which hopefully is stronger.
Sounds like you might want the DH wheel (Santa Cruz spec’ed it on rear of my Bullit)

Yes that would be the one for sure. Not sure how I would wrangle it, but maybe I'll try if I crack this one. Would be happy to pay a bit towards the upgrade.
The US site lists the 32 hole dt350 hub as an option for the 31|dh which is the one I would want so I can use my steel HG driver. The UK site only has hydra hubs though which I don't want.
 
I've had good luck with Roval warranty. The new bike has stickers on the rims. You scan the QR code and it registers. Anyway, I've had rear hubs go bad and Roval replaced my carbon rim with aluminum. I've also had front wheel bearings replaced under warranty. I think after that picture you posted of a crashed rim, that Specialized actually went above and beyond by offering a crash warranty.
