Reading through your forum with people struggling getting cables back into your tubes after dropping the motor.
Well this is what I do which makes my life easier when put the wires back in.
Push a cable from the top in the down tube so it comes out of the other end. Tape them in a tube like shape and pull the whole lot back up gently.
The cable that you pull with cut it and tuck it back into the tube.
