Head on impact would not cause cracks close to the neutral axis of the tube and along the length of the tube, it would most likely cause rippling under the DT and/or cracking of the top of the top tube in the HAZ of the weld or the weld itself.
A hard landing would cause the opposite of this. Cracks behind (or in) the underside of the DT weld across the tube.
I have 30 years of experience as a qualified mechanical engineer designing bikes for hard riding, and I would warranty this frame without question.
Giving the OP a hard time based on photos that are at an angle which really doesn't allow you to judge the fork angle is unreasonable.

I agree. And so does Specialised. A hard landing would stretch, not compress. This is what they said.

"According to Specialized Spain, “The bike suffered a frontal compression that caused stress in the head tube area, leading to the frame collapsing in three parts”.

I agree with this conclusion from the photos. Looks like the front wheel has been compressed towards the frame. It would not be my conclusion that this occurred from normal riding, but rather an accident.

I'm no expert. Purely giving an opinion on the evidence supplied. I'm assuming that's what the OP wanted when he created the thread.

If his head angle is now steeper than 64.5 degrees. It would confirm the compression. That's why I asked if he has measured it.

And also not prepared to listen to someone who is?
Cracks run perpendicular to the stress. The stress in this case was pulling the centre of the tube apart. This was most likely residual stress from welding.

It's Social Media, mate. Everyone claims to be an expert. 🤣

Specialised have said the stress was caused by frontal compression. From the photographic evidence, I agree. I would call Specialised the only trusted Experts.

From the below photo. The bottom of the head tube has been forced into the down tube. Squeezing the down tube and causing it to rupture. That is my opinion. That seems to align with Specialized.

I wish I had a pound for the times I or someone else has said , strange one that never seen that happen before.

Good it was alu frame and not carbon, like this:
