A shout out to the team at Berkshire cycles, (after getting the runaround from my Local Bike Shop….hummm) I called the team and they asked me to pop down. As I’m in Birmingham it wasn’t a short trip, but they dealt with the issue straight away. Without booking in. Amazing service. The reputation these guys n gals have is deserved. They’re great.

all in all it was quicker to visit the Berkshire team than wait for weeks for my LBS to deal.

Bloke I know went to Berkshire for a motor .
Dropped his bike off , went for a piss . Before he could shake it the bike was fixed . Drove home with wet pants ! lol .

Shops like Berkshire and Raceco are great and make Specialized look great too, but are the exception. An associate of mine, not in the UK, has an in warranty Kenevo with a knackered motor and even Specialized Europe won’t do anything to help him.

without them and their reputation, I wouldnt have bought a Levo (ive bought from both shops)

worth it, I drive from Wales and while its a pain its still gonna be light years faster than getting a motor replaced by someone like Dredz

Dropped it in Monday morning . Confirmation the motor needed swapping that afternoon . Late Tuesday afternoon , txt saying job done come pick her up .
They did say I got lucky as they had a motor on the shelf for another customer but he went on holiday .

Berkshire cycles are my local bike shop, I have been using them for years and the service is always great.
Ask nicely and they will discount 10% on specialised e-bikes.

I am lucky enough to have been dealing with Berkshire Cycles for years and have bought 4 bikes from them over the years. They are main dealers for several brands and frequently will fix your bike while you wait. I went in for some warranty work on an Orbea rear hub motor and they fixed a broken spoke free of charge while they had the wheel off. Very straightforward to deal with.

Plus One for Berkshire Cycles from me too. Needed some bits for my 2018 Levo and Peter from Performance Line Bearings recommended I give them a call. What an incredibly helpful bunch! Good price on new Levos too (must... resist...) ?
