Just wanted to give Berkshire Cycles in Crowthorne a shout out.. Cannot recommend Chris and the Team at Berkshire Cycles enough. They've really gone the extra mile to help me out to get my bike running perfectly and back out on the trails quickly!
I've owned by Cube Team Action for 3 months and 500 miles. I didn't buy my bike from Berkshire Cycles as I wasn't really aware of them at the time but they've helped me as if I purchased the bike from them.. Know a few placed that won't even touch a bike unless you purchased it from them.
I've had problems with the EX1 and free hub after a few visits to BC I now have a perfect bike.. I had to ditch the standard wheels and hubs as the free hub failed last week. Each time I've been in I've had the bike back the same day, my past experience of other LBS is 1 week turn around.
Really chuffed with my new Hope wheels..
