Problems I have had with my 20121 Specialized Turbo Levo Shimano 12 speed . First summer I had mine the chain was rubbing on the derailleur and worn right through the inside support,replaced under warranty. By the end of the summer the chain was slipping only on the small cog . Because they don't sell just the single cog (which they could do because they are separate )they had to replace the complete cassette and chain. This summer after around 1 month of riding the freehub needs to be replaced and the worst part is they are out of stock everywhere online . The shop say that Shimno has found one and has shipped it but that's two weeks ago and they cant tell me when it will arrive. So my expensive bike sits ,while the summer passes by . Maybe that's why they have gone to SRAM on there new bikes .
