Shimano Ep801 profile 1 and 2 settings!

Just bought my Canyon Spectral CF8 and need some help sorting out the profiles.

Need one for normal use and one for long rides.

I haven’t customised any profiles but like to leave it in profile 2, normally power level (pl) 3 for flat and pl5 for uphill, when its very steep as in lowest gear on a unpowered bike I’ll put it in 7.
Using it this way I haven’t felt the need to customise the settings. I’d recommend going for a ride a few times in profile 2 and figuring out what you prefer from there.
