Hi everyone! I’m looking for advice on selecting the appropriate coil spring for my TTX22M.2 185x55 AM Trunnion shock.
My specs:
• Rider weight: 100kg (including gear)
• Bike: Amflow Carbon PL
I’d appreciate recommendations on coil spring rate and any setup tips from riders with similar weight/bike combinations. What has worked well for your setup?
Thanks in advance for your help!

This should give you a good start, I’ve had good luck with it.

I've not got the bike and coil yet, but planning for this it worked out for me (85kg loaded) the 525 spring (18075-13). I am a total noob tho.

Here's my set up for my Santa Cruz Bullit (I copied from 'notes' on my phone)
Rear Shock - Ohlins TTX22M -
230x62.5 with 525lb coil
[Recommended 82kg = 500lb] Santa Cruz
[+/- 10kg = +/- 50lb] Santa Cruz
[25–30% sag in the rear] internet

LSC: 7 of 19 Clicks from Closed.
Rebound: 6 of 6 clicks (open) from Closed.

I'm a big believer of running High Speed compression to slow down the shock for big hits.

You can check with Ohlins and/or Amflow. Good luck

I am 75kg ready to ride on 2022 alloy Trek Rail (L) with 500lb Cane Creek Valt (non progressive) spring which I prefer to the 525lb Ohlins spring. My wife likes best the 525lb Ohlins spring on her 2022 alloy (M) Trek Rail. Both bikes have Ohlins TTX22m.2 230x65 shocks shimmed down to 230x57.5 (stock).
