How much % would I expect to lose when I sell my 2019 e bike next year ? My e bike retailed at £5,600.

If the motor and battery are " last generation" for want of a better phrase then you will take quite a hit.

If you are considering selling, then now is the time to sell. There is a shortage of bikes on the market, even the newspapers have woken up to it. So if people cannot get a new bike they will consider used ones.
