SC-E6010 with E8000 motor - options

Turns out my 2018 bike has only the SC-E6010 display coupled with the E8000 motor. So, no bluetooth for me

Can anyone say for sure, that if I purchased the EW-EN100 Juntion A 2xPort device, that I could then use STunlocker to derestrict?

If this would work, it looks like the cheapest option?

OK. So for anyone interested, this does work.

However, it required firmware updates to various components on the bike before it worked. Luckily for me I bought the EW-EN100 from the bike shop and they were able to plug it into their PC and get everything updated etc.

I was then able to connect e-tube, and subsequently Stunlocker. Just waiting from my Stunlocker licence to change some settings.

OK. The final test of changing to US is now complete. All works perfectly for anyone interested.

Cool set up. Good to know that it works. If it works on other motors, I might give that a try on a DU-E6100 setup with ST-Unlocker, as the SC-E6010 is my favourite screen (estimated battery percentage rather than "bars"). Time to do some research.

Bumping this thread as I have a similar issue.

Just got an Orbea Urrun that has the EP8-RS motor and a SC-E5003 display, so no bluetooth. Is the cheapest way to do a region change buy a SC-EM800 display?
