S Duro H7 5.0 Error message

Hi I have a 2019 S Duro H7 5.0 with approx 800 miles on it and Im getting an 'Er' message which then flashes between Er and the speed indicator then the bike switches off completely. Sometines itll start up again when switched back on sometimes it wont. Im using a plug in de-restrictor that has worked fine for the past 600 miles. anybody had this happen? thanks in advance.

Hi bobber -Job I would remove the de restrictor and run without it for a while

Hi Keggie- i did a reset by pressing the on/off button until the display flashed 'd' then switched it off and its been fine since. hopefully thats sorted it. we'll see. thanks
