My 2021 Instinct PowerPlay has an assist issue. The assist in either of the three modes cuts out for a brief period of time. Very frustrating as there is no rhythm or reason. Sometimes under heavy torque. Other times simply pedaling on level ground. Cleaned torque sensor and speed sensor. Reset torque several times.
LBS thinks it could be the chain guide as it is showing wear. Anyone else had or having same issue and found solution?
