Levo Gen 2 Replacement motor 2.2 ?

Not sure if this has bee?n discussed, happy to be pointed to the correct section.

But I might need a new motor ....will the new motor in my 2020 Levo still be the older 2.1 or the new 2.2 ... and how can I tell the difference

Should be a 2.2 in theory.

We didn't work out an exact date or motor serial number range, but sometime around end of July 2021 production date seems to be the change to 2.2.

Probably just a simple mistaken tap of the keyboard. I’m sure he meant Jul 2022 ?

I think Specy still has a lot of old motors and they are trying to put on the bike after doing the appropriate maintenance

As I posted in the Brose forum, a friend of mine and his dad have broken several motors, one just a few days ago.
In a few days we'll know what version they put on him
