Kenevo SL Range Extender

Has anyone had difficulty locking the range extender? I know it's supposed to go clock wise but that doesn't work. Thanks!

Yes, It can be finicky. I find it needs to be inserted perfectly straight and then wiggled slightly while turning the lock. Don't force it, just wiggle lightly while turning the lock.
