........I took my rear mudhugger off recently and got a wet arse commuting home yesterday.
Think I might get one that just clips on the seatpost instead
These are good, very adjustable and will fit wheels 26"-29" for seatposts 24-36mm diameter. And cheap! :)

MTB MUDGUARDS - 700 MTB Rear Mudguard

I fit mine onto the body of the dropper sticking out of the seat tube.
Onto the seat tube is an alternative, though I'd put some heli-tape around the seat tube to protect the paintwork.

Ive done exactly the same, rear mudhugger confined to the back of the garage, how good did it feel to get that thing off :geek:
Its gone from dust to mud now summers over lol. I missed my opportunity for a ride before it started pissing it down, I need to get out tomorrow weather permitting before work rears its ugly head and Im confined to evenings and weekends

Epic rain today. Thunder, hail, actual wet rain. Everything is super soggy now. The local park is a bog. My garden sucks your feet in.

Time to get a stand for cleaning.
