Levo Gen 3 Planetary gears! DIY??

Has anyone done this on their own? If so are the parts available anywhere? Kinda surprised how Specialized seems to be gatekeeping the parts for these troublesome motors.

Apparently the planetary gears require a special tool to replace, and the ebike motor shops don't sell the planetary gears. I had to send my motor in to get it replaced. Had a knocking sound afterwards that I never had before, comes and goes.

We have the tools and enough planetary gears for everyone! However, it did take us over a year to perfect the tool and learn how to get the angle magnet out and back in perfectly.
