Yeah, not a lot of what you'd call hero dirt round here. Come back in winter, the chalk is hilarious in the wet.

Now pretty warm this afternoon but got out early(ish) when it was a bit cooler and did a very tame 14 miler with Mrs irie. Came back via the Itchenor ferry which takes bikes and max 12 passengers.

All the gear I see . Nice a ferry trip I was on Raasay one last year. Only thing I miss about the sea life is going back in to harbour, going out and the bit in between I could have done without.

Planes never bothered me much but Helicopters I hated. I had my suit on ready to go on a Chinook and it crashed 2 minutes from landing, maybe that's the reason.

It's not the planes, it's all the time in the airports either end with people that I don't want to be with. But absolutely no way getting onto a helicopter.

Always fancied a cycle at whistler, skied there many times. Very expensive now I checked flights out a couple weeks ago for a ski trip.
