Nice run today with Drummond. Usual 3 hrs moving time and 3 hours stopping and talking , 22 miles . Dinner
was Cupasoup
, Chicken Sandwich and Cream Cookie . Remembered everything this time , forgot gas last time , time before that forgot stove .

Schoolboy error yesterday, did a loop with the homeward leg along the beach into a brutal headwind. Should have gone the other way round.

Headwinds don't exist on Ebikes, I always tell my wife that anyway. Been howling here all night down a bit now but I wouldn't be going out in it unless I took van to woods.

Had exactly the same yesterday riding with wife Angie. Doing our favourite 20 mile Venus Woods loop had toasties at the Cadence Café in Cocking on the South Downs Way.

While sitting there didn't notice that a South Westerly* had picked up and had to use a lot of assistance just to fight the wind getting home.

* that's wind coming from the SW btw
