I hope that’s not a scratch-n-sniff …but I didn’t read the fine-print on the latest phone update.

Impressive pictures. I can almost feel the heat.I haven’t posted in ages. Have been riding, just not doing much as far as social media is concerned. Except to try and keep as accurately up to date with our “elected” fuckery here in the States.
Had to spend the day over in Deming, NM. We use a veterinarian there and the puppy had her spay appointment. Rather than spend 5 hours driving there and back twice (324 miles or 521 km), I took the day off and rode from the Spring Canyon Recreation Area to a 2-track gravel road along the eastern base of the Florida Mountains.
20 miles (32 km) and 2050’ (623 m) of climbing. And you can see a long damn way out here, even with the haze we had yesterday.

We've got an unseasonably 12c today , positively balmy. I'm wishing you some Scottish rain clouds and clouds of Midgies just for you. Can't have one without the other I'm afraid.Thank God it’s not hot yet. This time of year is about perfect for riding. Yesterday’s high was 64F (~18C).
How about daily? Please send rain. Are there perhaps weekly, monthly, or annual subscriptions available?![]()
How about daily?

Mine doesn't stay clean for long but it's nice to see it sparkling occasionally.Gave the drivetrain a proper clean with foaming drivetrain cleaner and a cassette cleaning brush.
It was making a god-awful racket and I couldn’t work out why.
Now I know.

Yeah mine was filthy and full of sandy grimeMine doesn't stay clean for long but it's nice to see it sparkling occasionally.
I was out Wednesday but it wasn't that dirty just cleaned and lubed chain. I bought some fancy expensive muck off degreaser it's nearly done already. Not sure if it's really worth it a bucket of soapy water would take longer and probably do the same.Yeah mine was filthy and full of sandy grime
