Motorway stuff around the Lakeside Way , Kielder today with my daughter and her boyfriend .. a diversion off onto the only section of the Osprey Trail ( blue) that is open at the moment gave a nice little singletrack fix and tipped the route up to 30 miles ..while the riding might have been on the tame side it was just lovely being in my daughters company as we don't get to see each other too often ..a 10/ 10 day

The cons: Flexy frame, no suspension, slow going up hills.
Pros: can be loaded up with trail tools.

Nasty off camber log crossing.

A quick blast around Deadwater ( Kielder) for a couple of hours doing multiple sessions on Shake ,Rattle & Roll ( last section.. using the fireroad shortcut to get back up) ..
Now sitting at home hoping the Toon can beat Leicester ..with a few tinnies to throw at the TV if it all goes badly wrong ..

Front wheel is off the ground. Cargo bike has a center stand so you can park it upright. Lifts the front wheel when loaded.

@Sander23 Are those World War One trenches? They look very similar to the WW1 training ground in trench warfare that is Sherwood Pines in the UK. This is not the best example, but is the best I could find at short notice.

I would be astounded if WW1 trenches in Belgium were permitted for use by mountain bikers for all sorts of blindingly obvious reasons.

It could be. there are militaire domains in that region closeby, most of it closed for the public

Haha no, I probably just need another course on ‘how to get to the bottom of steep stuff when your brakes won’t slow you down and you’re sliding out of control ’
