Thanks Zim, not sure mine was much better. I've just done a full bolt check & found not much wrong, just a loose one on the crank. I was fully expecting to have to pay £300 import duty, the DHL admin fee & about £900 VAT but the courier guy handed it over & said cheerio. Result.

It still looks spotlessly clean, maybe a smither of dust on the tyres. Great colour, like a desert rat. How’s it riding ?
Hey, it's not my fault the weather isn't being British!

First impressions & I only have my Stilus to compare it with are it's a much more planted ride as you would expect running 170 & sticky Magic Marys. I earned a downhill PB at 30mph-ish on a half mile rough & rutted, descent last night on the first try which might give some idea of how confidence inspiring the ride is. OTOH, I haven't got it dialled yet, the sag needs sorting, the shock is bottoming out & the fork nowhere near, bars a bit low, reach not quite right etc. so I'm expecting it to get better! But it is a big enduro bike & I am thinking of dialling it down weight & travel wise with different suspension & a few lighter bits - the curse of the MTB'er I suppose.

I have the lyric fork and deluxe shock and find they ride much better for me firmed up with slow rebound. I’m on 20 clicks of 25 of rebound on the forks, but a heavy guy weighing in at around 110kg. 20% ish sag

Any softer & faster and I’m bouncing around rocks like a kangaroo on speed!

Yeah. I lean towards slow rebound too, I mostly ride relatively gentle single track round here & don't really need to go kangarooing down the trails either - another reason I don't need a 170mm bruiser fork too. If only there were a choice of bikes in the shops!!

Any sign of a new cafe being built there yet ? I’m sure I read somewhere ages ago that a new cafe was due to be built. Used to stop there regularly on the motorbike
No I was talking to Milly the ice cream man while I was up there, the ambitious plans for a semi subterranean eco cafe were pruned back to a normal square box style building, even that is shelved due to funding issues. Maybe it will be up for sale again. Who knows

Yes it was the sympathetic eco cafe I read about, that’s a shame

Can't ride through mud that ain't there dude. You can Inspect her for battle scars if you want haha. Nice scrape on rear mech and few chips and scrapes on the belly plate.

No need for me to inspect for battle scars, I was complimenting your bike, it’s in tip top condition, still looks brand new ?

FTW! Yes the rest of us will be scrapping for a distant 2nd

My mediocre curvature submission regardless. Blue sky warm fall day with no wind will have to do. 3 days left of the bike park so with only a slight breeze happening it was gondi bump to a climb into the alpine day. Finished down to the lake below the resort and squeezed in another area. 800m climbing for 2000m descent

? OK I'll let you off I thought you where insinuating that I was all the gear no idea. Every ride she does get scrubbed back to new tho! Being my first e bike I'm still a bit unsure on how clean and dry I need to keep it so i just give it the works after every ride.
