Performance Line Gen 4

Bergamont E- Revox 4 with Bosch Performance Line Gen 4 2020 Motor has an annoying dull sounding rattle when riding over rough surfaces sounds and feels like the battery is loose but i have removed the battery and the noise is still there.I feel it is coming from something inside the motor.
Any one else experienced this on other bikes.

It's documented as the freewheel clutch or something in the motor. Mine doesn't do it ....yet but heard of the issue
