Hi, new to the forum and just looking for my first e-bike after trying one out, I've been and tested the Orbea Rise LT H10, which I loved.
It's naturally a lot more aggressive than my old Giant Stance 29 XL and I feel a bit between sizes on the L>XL

I'm 6ft 4 with a long-ish body, I test rode the M (all they had to test) where handlebars felt way too close, but sat on an XL stationary, but the top of my back felt a little arched and seat a little high! I'm exactly at the top of an L in the size chart and middle of XL,

Obviously this is a v different style of bike to what I'm used to so I'd love to hear from other tall people who've tried the bikes and see whether it's a sizing thing, or (likely) me just not being used to that position! Cheers

You definitely want an XL. I've longer legs rather than body and it's a good fit. You can fiddle with bar height (and reach - can fit a shorter stem than standard if you want to adjust more) but modern bikes are longer and ride better as a result

My son has a L Rise and for my 6'4" it's tiny. He's just sort of 6' and L works for him. Go for an XL.

By "seat a little high" I assume you mean when saddle is at correct height the grips were too low? Solve that will riser bars and/or a stem with rise.

I have an XL Orbea Urrun and an XL Trek Rail, and I like the grips at the same level as the saddle. Both bikes needed riser bars, the Rail need a stem with rise as well, else on both bikes the grips were 2+ inches below saddle height.

hi rise bars worth a look. I run 50mm rise on my large:

if the stance has always fit you well id say compare the geomerty of the stance with that of the L and xl rise in terms of stack reach and horz top tube..

I am 6 foot three with a 34 inch inseam and I’m riding a Rise M10 in extra large. Also using the 50mm stem standard from Orbea, but I upgraded to a 55 mm rise ERA carbon handlebar from Race Face. You will not find higher than 55 mm carbon rise in a 35 mm clamp. Deity and Thomson are a good source for 31.8 mm bars and stems respectively,if you switch stems. Don’t forget the universal collector from Orbea if you change the stem due to the headset cable routing. Enve also makes good handlebars with a high rise. There are more options if you’re willing to go aluminum bar.
