Orbea Rise H30 2022 - Upgrade Wishlist:

Hi all,
I got a new (Ex-Demo) Orbea Rise H30 2022 last week. It was held back stock in a friend of mines shop Rothar Ireland

It came with some previously installed upgrades:
Rockshox Yari 180mm, Rockshox Super Deluxe Coil (450) and some nice pedals.
All paid for by our countries Bike to Work Scheme. Nice.

Here are my planned upgrades, saving now, might take a few months. But although not essentially necessary I really want to get these parts. So far, loving this bike.

Schwalbe Magic Mary Evo Super Gravity 29x2.40" Addix Soft E-50 Folding Tyre: €36.17
Spank Spoon Shotpeen 785 Riser Handlebar, 40mm Rise: €40.30
Magura MT7 Pro HC Disc Brake Set + MDR-P: €358.65
SDG Bel-Air 3.0 MAX Lux Alloy Saddle (Turquoise): €76.48
DT Swiss XM 1700 Spline® 30 CL Boost 29" Shimano Micro Spline wheelset: €516.80
Bash Guard, and maybe a Shimano XT Linkglide drivetrain overhaul.
Ultimately I'd also like Hope Pro 5 hubs F/R,
And a Three Rock Components Headset in Silver.
Gen 1 Battery Expander.
PNW dropper lever (also, what's the maximum dropper post that fits on this bike?)

What have other people upgraded their Orbea Rise H30 2022 with? Very interested to see ideas, comments etc.

Mine is exactly how it arrived apart from swapping the brakes for some Code RSC.

Rise Up - What are your upgrades?

gotcha - you mean this photo? are the stays on your bike carbon or alloy on the M20? it's probably a bad idea, but I'm tempted anyway. that, and/or maybe file 2mm of the tabs where the rotor mounts to the hub to bring it in a little. It was an h15, had been carbon it may not have survived...

Linkglide is a great idea. I swapped to an 11 speed when my 23 rise was new and have zero chain wear after over 2000 miles using molten sped wax/super secret. Keep in mind that Linkglide doesn’t use micro spline when upgrading that hub.

Hey guys, anyone got recommendations for new crank arms? Currently have a specialized Levo with hope 155 offset arms and I’m sure they won’t fit so looking around for help on something to replace the standard

Congrats, I'm currently waiting for my Rise to arrive. For me, having rider power data available would be quite an important update. In hopes that Shimano could fix this, I created a petition. I'd be most grateful if you could also sign it here, and maybe even help spread the word.

on my h30 24, i changed the OE wheels for a set with 35mm id rims, 2.4 Bont se4 (r) + 2.4 DHR II (f), bars and added an e600 display.
